Christian Spilker

A former partner in an engineering and environmental consulting firm, Christian was asked to join Collier Enterprises to help guide the entitlement processes for a number of sensitive real estate assets. He has spent the last fifteen years managing several of the companies in the Collier Enterprises portfolio including the agribusiness, oil and gas, and governmental affairs divisions where he has been directly involved in more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions. He most recently led the team that expanded Collier Enterprises’ institutional real estate presence across the United States, with particular focus on the multi-family sector, including partnerships with Wood Investments; Crescent Communities; and Milhaus, and a major partnership with Legacy Partners.
